Shipping costs for deliveries within Luxembourg

• Pick up instore is FREE and the most eco-friendly.
• Please call us +352 20 33 16 72 before coming to make sure we're ready (and your product is packed as well) for you.
• Deliveries operated by Post.lu include a tracking number and usually happen within 2-3 days max (allow a bit more if special weekend or holidays or due the virus). The flat rate is 6,50€ for Minett, Eisleck, Stad, Moselle, wherever you are in the Grand Duchy.
• All orders above 150€ are FREE of charge no matter where you live in Luxembourg. You're welcome!

Shipping costs for deliveries outside of Luxembourg

• For Belgium, The Netherlands, France and Germany, deliveries will be operated by Post.lu and include a tracking number as well. Allow 3-4 days  a bit more if special weekend or holidays or f*#ing virus). The flat rate is 12,50€.

Important notice: All these prices are based on an average ratio of size by weight. In case you’re ordering something with extraordinary dimensions and/or weight we reserve the right to put your order on hold and to contact you first in order to work a deal with another carrier that might offer a better service and/or a better quote.

All shipping prices may be subject to change depending on new pricing put in place by our carrier partner. Of course, you’ll be advised upon confirming your order.
